The Results-Oriented Insurance Solutions Consultant reports to the Director of Pre-Sales and collaborates closely with the Sales and Product teams. This role thrives in a deadline-driven environment where taking initiative, clear communication, and flexibility are essential.
- Perform client-facing presentations and product demonstrations of insurance solutions to all levels of personnel within prospective organizations.
- Design and adapt each demonstration to meet specific clients' needs while communicating applicable messages based on proposed solution and sales strategy.
- Translate insurance product requirements into business and functional requirements that can be included in demonstrations.
- Respond to RFPs and analyze complex demonstration scenarios and Proof of Concept requests.
- Maintain current knowledge of markets, industry trends, competition, products, and strategies.
- Support a fast-paced work cadence with parallel opportunities globally.
- University Degree or commensurate experience, and the ability to communicate, write, and synthesize information.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in presenting client-facing demonstrations.
- Strong autonomy and self-motivation are required, along with the ability to communicate progress and blockers in a timely manner.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Understanding of the software development cycle.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally.
- Strong sense of organization and prioritizing.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment.
- Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
