About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Bogotá office. As a key member of our Spanish-Speaking Americas Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top junior consulting talent.
As a Recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop sourcing strategies, engage with local talent pools, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will coordinate each stage of the candidate journey, from reviewing applications and scheduling interviews to managing offers and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge, and technical skills.
- Identify high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, talent mapping, networking, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Manage campus recruiting activities, building relationships with universities and organizing events.
- Manage recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand-building events.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management.
- Articulate the global talent brand and candidate value proposition to the region and promote it to the appropriate talent markets in each country.
- Support regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projects and locally identifying and implementing improvements creatively.
- Manage the candidate experience through efficient process management and supporting interview scheduling.
- Make independent decisions with minimum guidance, coordinate internal initiatives, processes, and projects, and form internal networks.
- Review key metrics and performance measures for own processes such as time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire, and make recommendations for enhancements wherever possible.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience ideally in recruiting, HR, or other process-oriented areas, preferably in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
- You are extremely process-oriented, organized, and have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player mindset.
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills, and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Ideal background in consulting or project-related work experience.
- Ability to work proficiently with the software in the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English language skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on location and experience)
