Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, with uncapped commission opportunities.
Job Description: As an Enterprise Development Manager at AMAROK, you will be responsible for expanding our enterprise business within a designated key industry by leveraging our established inside sales techniques. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, social selling, and aggressive cold calling, with a goal of making at least 25 calls per day. You will also utilize marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by employing relevant sales management tools.
Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include planning and conducting virtual sales presentations to introduce AMAROK's products and security solutions to prospects, educating and promoting new product modifications and offerings to existing and prospective customers, collaborating with outside sales team members to develop strong business leads and sales opportunities, and documenting all touchpoints and activities with prospects or customers' accounts within the CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess a confident, upbeat, and outgoing personality, be coachable and able to bounce back from rejection, have prior sales experience, particularly in B2B sales, demonstrated ability to hunt and seize new business opportunities, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) is highly valued.
