Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Tax Compliance: Manage the company's tax payments and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast financial performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a valid professional license.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Language: English at B2 level or above (mandatory), with conversational Portuguese an advantage.
