Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the dairy, food, and beverage manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, and employee training
  • Manage Ecolab products and equipment, participating in equipment installations, observing and testing equipment and product performance, and adjusting chemical concentration levels
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff, building strong business relationships and networks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dairy, food, or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, or a related field
  • 2 years of technical sales experience in the meat, processed food, dairy, and poultry sector or the beverage and brewing sector
  • Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to travel by car throughout the territory, including periodic overnight travel, and be on-call during off-work hours and weekends when needed
