Job Description

The isolved Operations Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our contact records within our systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with the Customer Support Team.



Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:



  • Audit contact records in isolved databases to ensure accuracy and integrity;
  • Conduct contact validation in cooperation with the customer support team and clients;
  • Generate detailed reports on audit findings and provide recommendations for process improvements;
  • Assist in optimizing operational workflows to increase efficiency;
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve operational challenges.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • No previous professional experience required;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication;
  • Strong orientation toward customer service and problem-solving;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

What We Offer

At isolved, we offer a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
