En Chef an Isobar Company estamos en la búsqueda de un experto en modelado y ciencia de datos que pueda ayudarnos a tomar decisiones informadas en nuestro equipo de marketing.
Algunas de las responsabilidades de este rol son:
- Desarrollar e implementar modelos de Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) para cuantificar el impacto de varios canales de marketing en las ventas y el conocimiento de la marca.
- Diseñar y crear modelos de atribución para medir la eficacia de los puntos de contacto de marketing individuales dentro del recorrido del cliente.
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y ventas para comprender sus necesidades comerciales y traducirlos en insights prácticos a partir del análisis de datos.
- Limpiar, transformar y preparar datos de marketing de diversas fuentes para su análisis.
- Utilizar técnicas de modelado estadístico y algoritmos de aprendizaje automático para crear modelos sólidos e interpretables.
- Comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones de datos complejos a las partes interesadas de manera clara y concisa, tanto verbal como visualmente.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre los últimos avances en analítica de marketing y ciencia de datos.
Para aplicar necesitas contar con:
- Estudios en Estadística, Economía, Ciencia de Datos o áreas relacionadas (o experiencia equivalente).
- Experiencia comprobada desarrollando e implementando Marketing Mix Modelling, econometría y modelos de atribución.
- Manejar SPSS, R, u otro software de análisis estadístico.
- Deseable mínimo nivel de inglés B2.
