About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Manager Data Scientist to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven transformation strategy and accelerating business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Science Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data science solutions that drive business value.
  • Develop and Implement Data Models: Design and develop advanced data models to solve complex business challenges and drive business growth.
  • Drive Business Insights: Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders to establish objectives, deliverables, and timelines for data science initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of state-of-the-art research in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Strong Foundation in Data Science: Proficiency in statistical concepts, machine learning techniques, and programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Data Visualization: Ability to design and implement data visualization solutions to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree in Data Science: PhD in Data Science or related field.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Big Data: Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
