Senior/Manager Data Scientist

The Senior/Manager Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in driving the company's data-driven transformation (DDT) strategy globally. This role will collaborate with digital directors, client teams, and practice capabilities to ensure that the company leads in digital thinking, execution, and value realization through data-driven solutions.

Your Impact:
  • Contribute to the development of world-class data science models and perform cutting-edge research as part of a high-performing Data Science team.
  • Solve complex business challenges by leveraging various data sources, including big data, and applying quantitative techniques to build predictive models.
  • Research and develop new proof-of-concept (POC) models for business applications and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Reframe client business questions into data science deliverables and contribute to creating data science roadmaps that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with business teams to operationalize analytics solutions, especially in operational analytics and US healthcare domains, including epidemiology.
  • Manage the continuous improvement of data science initiatives, staying updated with state-of-the-art research in the field and mentoring talent to form best practices.
