Job Title: Director Financiero

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at HHI Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of the company's financial budget and business plans, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Board of Directors and Management.
  • Financial Analysis: Design and implement financial models and cash flow projections for the organization and individual projects.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information for business decision-making.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning.
  • Business Development: Support the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of success in leading financial teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and financial planning tools.
