Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the hotel's financial objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
Language Requirements

English and Spanish are required.
