Customer Support Team Member

We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to work alongside our US-based Merchant Operations team at CloudHire. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse channels, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless product delivery.
Responsibilities- Creating digital packing slips in our cloud-based warehouse management system.
- Solving Stocking PO tickets as assigned, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicating with vendors via email and phone calls as needed, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
We are a technology-focused team, utilizing cloud-based applications and remote access. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PC skills, with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with automotive products and knowledge of industry trends is a plus.
- Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
