Job Description: Yardi Support Engineer

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a prominent client in the real estate sector, contributing to the maintenance, support, and optimization of their Yardi platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Providing expert assistance for Yardi-related issues, ensuring timely responses and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Configuring, testing, and implementing Yardi modules and upgrades, collaborating with clients' teams to optimize system performance and functionality.
  • User Inquiries: Resolving user inquiries, creating and maintaining system documentation, including workflows and user manuals.
  • Data Migrations and Integrations: Supporting data migrations, integrations, and other related projects as required.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Yardi software (e.g., Voyager, RENTCafé, or other modules).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system integrations, database management, and technical configurations.
  • SQL and Reporting Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and report generation tools.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, a proactive approach to identifying problems and delivering solutions.
  • Collaborative Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. An estimated salary based on the national average in the United States.
