Excellent communication skills in English are required for successful collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi-related issues.
- Configure, test, and implement Yardi modules and upgrades.
- Collaborate with clients' teams to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Resolve user inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including workflows and user manuals.
- Support data migrations, integrations, and other related projects as required.
- Proven experience with Yardi software (e.g., Voyager, RENTCafé, or other modules).
- Familiarity with system integrations, database management, and technical configurations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and report generation tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
