Your Role

Partner with HR and other Centers of Excellence to deliver an exceptional experience for Hiring Managers. Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle for both selected and non-selected individuals. Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for all relevant positions, which includes clarifying job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting online assessments, communicating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and managing the pre-boarding process. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing strategies to cultivate a pool of qualified candidates. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define necessary qualifications, skills, competencies, work experience, and cultural fit, and pre-screen candidates accordingly, including compensation expectations. Facilitate the evaluation process to assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies through a mix of technical and competency-based interviews, ability or psychometric tests, and other methodologies.

About You

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house recruiting function in a dynamic business environment. Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting across various seniority levels in a competitive industry. Proven capability to manage multiple searches while supporting various Hiring Managers simultaneously. Demonstrated excellence in sourcing and evaluating technical talent. Practical experience in sourcing passive candidates through diverse techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, name generation research, relationship building, and complex internet searches is preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, or other recruitment software. Strong professional background in various assessment and selection methods, including competency-based interviews, online assessments, and psychometric tests. General knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and relevant government regulations is advantageous. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. Full professional proficiency in English.
