Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Analytics Junior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that drive long-term business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders to drive business growth and improvement.
- Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes to deliver high-quality insights.
- Use models and algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends to drive long-term business performance.
- Develop and execute a methodical approach to convey business analytics insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders.
- Deep understanding of best-in-class analytics practices, including knowledge of indicators (KPIs) and scorecards.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, and Python.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into business language.
