About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products from our suppliers to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Supply Chain Operations: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
- Manage Inventory and Stock Levels: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
- Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze KPIs to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships with Suppliers: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- University Degree: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
