Regional Supply Chain Planner Coordinator

At Johnson & Johnson, we are committed to transforming the history of health in humanity. As a Regional Supply Chain Planner Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of medical devices to our customers in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regional supply chain plans to meet customer demands.
  2. Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  3. Lead the development of net requirement propagation from Latin America affiliates to global hubs.
  4. Manage supply feedback loops from global hubs to Latin America affiliates.
  5. Serve as the point of contact for service escalations from Latin America affiliates to global hubs.
  6. Provide supply chain expertise to regional and global franchises.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
  2. IBP/S&OP structure or implementation experience.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  4. Demand planning and supply planning experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Medical devices experience, particularly in orthopedics.
