About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Provide strategic guidance to maximize product availability and minimize stockouts, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time.
  2. Improve Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess opportunities to streamline processes, simplify interfaces, and reduce decision-making time to improve overall supply chain performance.
  3. Purchase Order Management: Oversee the management of planned orders from pre-planned status to delivery at our distribution centers, leveraging strategic influence and collaboration with inbound and customs teams.
  4. PO Adjustments and Air Freight Requests: Drive critical decisions related to PO adjustments, such as early hold, short, air PP, and ship mode changes, based on country-specific needs.
  5. Air Freight and PAF Process Management: Manage air freight requests, including local approval processes, and update PO current delivery dates in conjunction with the inbound team.
  6. PO Shipping Priority and SMAL Planning Meetings: Provide PO shipping priorities to the inbound hub based on local business needs and lead SMAL planning meetings to provide accurate availability and align on action plans to mitigate delays.
  7. LAB Meetings and Supply Delay Reasons: Lead LAB meetings to provide anticipated supply visibility to channels and suggest demand signal adjustments to maximize product availability, and provide visibility on supply delay reasons to support OTA/COTA/COTIF gap analysis.
  8. Country E2E Seasonal Execution and RIDs Setting: Build on-site support to ensure smooth country E2E seasonal execution, leveraging critical processes like RIDs setting and SO/Fcst RDD guidance.
  9. Availability Projections and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in monthly meetings to share availability projections, monitor key launches, and align on market priorities to provide critical information for planning purposes, and work cross-functionally across the supply chain organization to achieve on-time and in-full deliveries.
  10. Critical Supply Chain Constraints and Improvement Initiatives: Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome delays together with Central Purchasing and the Inbound Hub, and identify improvement initiatives across the region and implement best practices to improve availability and order book execution.
  11. Landed Volume Projections and Key Purchasing KPIs: Provide visibility to the business and fulfillment center on landed volume projections, showing arrivals, goods in transit, purchased, and pending units and FOB per ex-factory, and track key purchasing KPIs to establish a proper connection with the regional team.

About You:

  • Education: University degree or equivalent education required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
