About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at Queen Catalina Plastic Surgery Clinic. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads to drive the clinic's growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on the healthcare industry. They will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under metrics and adapt to changing market trends.

Responsibilities will include leading prospecting and generation efforts, assessing prospect needs and interest in our medical services, scheduling patient consultations and meetings with the medical team, and maintaining continuous communication with prospects through email campaigns and calls.

You will also collaborate with marketing to optimize demand generation strategies, provide market insights and feedback on common patient objections, and contribute to content creation to attract and convert leads.
