The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads to drive the clinic's growth. This individual will be responsible for lead prospecting, market research, and opportunity qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Prospecting & Generation: Identify and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct Market Research: Segment prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Leverage Automation Tools: Manage leads using CRM platforms.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Assess prospect needs and interest in our medical services.
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up: Maintain continuous communication with prospects through email campaigns and calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, prospecting, or business development.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills, results-driven mindset, expertise in outbound and inbound sales strategies.
