**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Director of Development. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidates from external recruitment partners, keeping records updated.
  • Assist in recruitment reporting by tracking hiring metrics and pipeline movement.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, including new hire paperwork and record-keeping.

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of the ATS, maintaining a database of candidates, and coordinating interview scheduling.

Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support:

This role also involves organizing and updating the LMS course library, tracking employee training progress, and managing course enrollments.

Administrative & Operational Support:

The successful candidate will provide logistical support for training initiatives, assist the Director of Development in recruitment and process coordination, and maintain organized records of hiring and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Familiarity with productivity tools or an ability to learn ATS/LMS tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and database management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
