Talent Sourcing Specialist Position

This role involves identifying and attracting top global talent, focusing on creative professionals. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring each candidate meets our high standards and values.

You will build strong relationships with candidates and internal leaders to understand team needs and find ideal candidates for each vacancy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging top global talent
  • Implementing cutting-edge recruitment strategies using digital platforms and social media
  • Tracking recruitment performance metrics and optimizing processes

Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on creative talent acquisition
  • Excellent English language skills for effective communication with international teams
  • A passion for talent development and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks
