Sagan, an exclusive membership community for top executives and CEOs, is seeking a proactive Client Success Associate to bridge the gap between global talent and US-based businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our sales team in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing sales presentations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and scheduling to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Prepare high-quality sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to develop strategic account plans and drive customer engagement.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information to exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Experience in sales support or customer service roles to showcase your ability to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales environments to leverage your existing network and expertise.
  • Knowledge of our industry to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales training or certifications to enhance your skills and reputation as a sales professional.
