Global Talent Liaison

At Sagan, we are seeking a proactive Global Talent Liaison to support our sales team and enhance customer relationships. As a key member of our team, you will assist in managing client accounts and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling and organization.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Assist in preparing high-quality sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Customer Records Management: Maintain and update accurate customer records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term relationships.
- Product Information and Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely product information, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles is essential.
- CRM Software and Sales Processes: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is necessary for success in this role.
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
