As a Senior Automation Solutions Analyst, your responsibilities will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and initiating corrective measures for technical and procedural challenges within our systems. You will be tasked with developing innovative solutions utilizing Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
Your position will require strict adherence to Agile methodologies, including managing sprint schedules, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining documentation, and designing solutions. You will oversee configurations, conduct thorough testing, and secure necessary approvals, ensuring consistent progress within established sprint timelines while fostering teamwork and encouraging continuous enhancement.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing root cause analyses for any system or process discrepancies, ensuring that remediation strategies are developed, discussed, agreed upon, and executed, leading to the permanent resolution of these issues.
Furthermore, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements across various corporate applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows utilizing Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
- Deploy process automation components, including bots, robots, virtual agents, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Analyze business processes in collaboration with stakeholders and design corresponding automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed automation bots, implementing enhancements and improvements as necessary.
- Follow best practices and standards for coding and design to ensure the efficiency and quality of automation processes.
- Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain the performance and reliability of automation solutions.
- Document the detailed design of automation solutions and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for process improvements and training needs for both customer application usage and internal processes.
- Adhere to defined Visa SDLC processes, including policy compliance, documentation, solution design, configuration management, testing, and approvals.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in problem definition, business case development, solution selection, requirement elaboration, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work with technical and security architects to evaluate risks and recommend remediation, coordinating penetration testing activities with internal and external service providers.
This role is classified as hybrid, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office a set number of days each week, as determined by leadership and site requirements.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- Progressive experience in application administration, development, and support.
- A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience with RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to conceptualize a business process as an automated solution.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working effectively with business and IT staff across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of functional business processes surrounding the applications with prior experience in support or implementation.
- Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users.
- Active listener, customer-focused, relationship builder, and team player.
- Certifications related to RPA, such as the Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or Microsoft Power Automate certification, are advantageous.
