Business analysts serve as independent contributors who propel our ongoing growth and success. With a strong commitment to innovation, these analysts are tasked with identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity. We are currently seeking a process automation business analyst to help steer our organization towards the future. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner, exceptional communicator, and highly skilled analyst, playing a crucial role in aligning business needs with technical solutions to ensure our automation efforts effectively boost productivity and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of existing business processes and workflows to assess automation potential and feasibility.
  • Collect and document business requirements, process maps, and use cases for automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with automation developers to convert business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Support the development and testing of automation solutions to confirm they meet business requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about their respective demands throughout the automation lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on newly implemented automation solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of automation solutions to ensure they continue to fulfill business needs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and automation solutions.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary sign-offs as per the project plan.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in process automation to continuously enhance the Center of Excellence's capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in automation or continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong grasp of BPMN (or equivalent) process mapping notation.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes in Global Business Services.
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath and MS Power Platforms is advantageous.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology, computer science, business administration, or management.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications and process mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with process automation concepts and technologies is desirable.
  • Understanding of the Agile project management methodology.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and user testing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
