Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead high-performing sales teams, focusing on coaching, development, and empowerment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, emphasizing team development and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
