About the Role:

As a sales expansion strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2C sales growth through innovative strategies, exceptional leadership, and a customer-centric approach. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute plans that consistently deliver results and contribute to the company's overall success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead high-performing sales teams, focusing on coaching, development, and empowerment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, emphasizing team development and sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
