The Job

We're looking for a Head of Sales who can help us grow our B2B product in the LATAM region. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and drive adoption of our Upskilling product.

You'll lead a high-performing sales team, build relationships with key stakeholders, and work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Your goal will be to drive business growth and expansion in Latin America.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across Latin America, set KPIs, goals, and performance metrics, and provide coaching, training, and development programs.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Establish relationships with B2B clients, negotiate and close B2B and B2G deals, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Market Analysis & Growth: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, and represent the company at industry events.
