Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in South America by identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business leads through prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Foster strong customer service relationships to build trust and loyalty, ultimately driving repeat business and referrals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in green-fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
  • Valid class B driver's license.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently, with at least 50% of your time spent on the road.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of small teams, both onsite and remotely.
