Descripción del empleo

El Sales Expansion Executive será responsable de incrementar el revenue mediante la venta estratégica de productos de expansión a los clientes actuales. Esta persona trabajará de manera cercana con los doctores y especialistas de la base de datos (Drs premium), identificando sus necesidades y ofreciendo los productos más adecuados para maximizar su valor. Su objetivo principal es generar ingresos sin comprometer la relación a largo plazo con los clientes, manteniendo un enfoque de nurturing en colaboración con el equipo de Customer Success para convertirlos en el ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) para cada producto adicional.

Funciones:

  1. Identificar oportunidades de venta entre los clientes asignados en la base mediante el análisis de perfiles y necesidades específicas.
  2. Ofrecer productos de expansión de forma consultiva, asegurando una propuesta de valor alineada a cada cliente.
  3. Trabajar junto al equipo de Customer Success para nutrir a los clientes y prepararlos para las ventas adicionales.
  4. Utilizar el CRM de la empresa para analizar perfiles, gestionar oportunidades y dar seguimiento detallado a cada interacción.
  5. Asegurar la calidad y sostenibilidad de las relaciones con los clientes, evitando una sobreexposición de ventas o "quemar la base".
  6. Alcanzar los indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) establecidos cada mes, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de revenue y actividades asignadas.
  7. Escuchar activamente las necesidades de los doctores para ofrecer soluciones relevantes y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente.

Requisitos:

  1. Mínimo 5 años en roles comerciales o de ventas, preferiblemente en empresas SaaS o sectores relacionados con tecnología y salud.
  2. Experiencia en la gestión de CRM y análisis de datos para identificar oportunidades de venta.
  3. Excelentes habilidades de negociación y persuasión.
  4. Capacidad para escuchar y entender las necesidades del cliente, proponiendo soluciones adecuadas.
  5. Familiaridad con técnicas de nurturing y estrategias de ventas consultivas.
