Job Purpose:

First line of support to Site Managers, Accounting, Asset management, and property owners. Complete lease administration, including the payment process. Manage multiple projects/activities that include tracking for all the BU requests. Consolidate data, create, and provide reporting to senior management. Monitor compliance of corporate programs and processes. Fully understand corporate real estate responsibilities and functions, real estate strategies, and the blending of these with functional and corporate objectives.

Your Tasks:

1. Communication with sites for notices from landlords.
2. Give visibility for next expirations and important appointments inside and outside Commercial Real Estate.
3. Develop and maintain a central repository of facility data and information.
4. Lead cost savings initiatives program, submitting ideas, supporting the implementation of initiatives and tracking savings.
5. Develop and deploy consolidated reporting, analyze reports, and provide summary to end-user and senior management.
6. Manage customer centricity projects as assigned.
7. Monitor CREA Landlord mailbox & process requests.
8. Prepare & distribute monthly reports.
9. Support lease interpretation & analytical reviews.
10. Maintain and validate documentation: SOP's, job aids, process flows, contingency plans, and Period-end timetables.
11. Ensure the financial accounts (balance sheets, P&L, and Notes) are kept in line with IFRS16, LEAP Coordinators, DHL Group policy, and guidelines, and the DHL Regional Business Unit Operating Model.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
2. Technical and maintenance training/knowledge.
3. English proficiency (Medium).
4. 1-3 years of relevant Commercial, Lease Administration, Corporate Real Estate experience.
5. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
7. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
