Job Description As a Virtual Property Management Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting a portfolio of approximately 15 diverse commercial properties across the country.
This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to transformative projects that revitalize commercial spaces through strategic improvements and renovations.
You'll work directly with the Senior Property Manager to ensure smooth operations across retail and industrial properties, helping to coordinate vendor relationships, prepare essential documentation, and maintain efficient administrative systems.
This position offers excellent exposure to all aspects of commercial property management while providing the flexibility of remote work.
You'll gain valuable experience in the commercial real estate sector while supporting projects that literally change the landscape of communities across America.

Responsibilities Contact and coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain competitive bids for various construction and maintenance projects Prepare professional lease documents by accurately transferring information from LOIs into established templates Draft and distribute tenant notices and correspondence under the Property Manager's direction Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for property documentation Serve as the initial point of contact for vendors on construction and improvement projects Compile and organize vendor proposals for review by the Property Manager Prepare contracts and leases following established formats and guidelines Support the property management team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations Assist with special projects related to property improvements and tenant relations as needed Help track and organize documentation for property renovations including parking lot improvements, signage installation, and other value-add initiatives Requirements 1+ years of experience in commercial property management or as a property assistant Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Mail Excellent phone communication skills for effective vendor and contractor interactions Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when preparing legal documents and lease agreements Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Professional written communication skills for correspondence with vendors and internal team members Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced real estate investment environment Experience with commercial properties (retail or industrial) preferred but not required Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_21371_JOB
