Job Title: Senior Manager, Global HR Operations Projects

This role ensures adequate resourcing, quality control, adherence to standard procedures and service level agreements for team(s) performing personal data, job data, position data and org data changes by measuring, planning, and implementing operational effectiveness plans to systems and processes.
Accountabilities:
- Liaise with various stakeholders to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Implement local & global policy, process & expansion initiatives to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the Global HR Services Operations team.
- Oversee quality standards, policy and procedure alignment across teams and ensure established policies, processes, and guidelines are adhered to and meet business needs as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution of local & global policy, process & expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and implement solutions to improve departmental effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Global HR Service Operations, representing the team on projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business or pursuing education in related field.
- 5+ years of experience as project manager.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
Location: Colombia : Bogota : Bogota Scotia GBS offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR operations, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
