Salary Range

$1,500 - $2,000 per month (dependent on qualifications and client approval)

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital E-commerce Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with experience in e-commerce, marketing, and customer support who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Manage and resolve customer inquiries via the Redo platform. Address order issues, refunds, and general questions with empathy and professionalism. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Marketing Operations: Maintain and optimize product listings and campaigns on Shopify. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Sendlane, including setup, testing, and reporting. Oversee and optimize Facebook and Google ads, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Create engaging graphics and visual content using Canva. Edit short-form video content using CapCut for marketing purposes. Monitor marketing performance using Triple Will, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Set up recurring tasks and workflows for team review and execution. Track performance metrics and compile reports for key stakeholders. Collaborate with freelancers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in e-commerce marketing, customer support, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Sendlane, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Redo, Canva, CapCut, and Triple Will.
  • Understanding of ad setup and optimization, email campaign management, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
