**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, customer support, or similar roles and be proficient in Shopify, Sendlane, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Redo, Canva, CapCut, and Triple Will.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Manage and resolve customer inquiries via the Redo platform, address order issues, refunds, and general questions with empathy and professionalism, collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.

• Marketing Operations: Maintain and optimize product listings and campaigns on Shopify, manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Sendlane, oversee and optimize Facebook and Google ads, ensure alignment with brand goals, create engaging graphics and visual content using Canva, edit short-form video content using CapCut for marketing purposes.

• Administrative & Operational Support: Set up recurring tasks and workflows for team review and execution, track performance metrics and compile reports for key stakeholders, collaborate with freelancers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, customer support, or similar roles.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Sendlane, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Redo, Canva, CapCut, and Triple Will.

• Understanding of ad setup and optimization, email campaign management, and social media marketing.

• Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, strong aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

**Salary Range:** $1000 - $2000 USD per month
