Digital Content Strategist for UX Experience

BairesDev, a pioneer in technology projects for over 15 years, seeks an expert to lead its UX content strategy. This role is a great opportunity to make a significant impact worldwide.

As the guardian of UX content guidelines, you will work closely with teams across BairesDev to play a crucial role in product design and user experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating, improving, and maintaining UX content guidelines.
  2. Having a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the impacts of content in an evolving digital environment.
  3. Implementing content strategy, reviewing feature requirements, and applying content design principles.
  4. Guiding the UX Content team to create content for websites and products ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers.
  5. Mentoring content teams across different squads, maintaining the content strategy and experience consistent throughout product lines.
  6. Analyzing information from multiple resources including consumer trends, competitors, user experience labs, search, and social activity.
  7. Keeping up with and educating the team about new or changing web, app, and chatbot content trends.
  8. Combining data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. At least 7 years of experience in content creation and management of content teams within the last two years.
  2. Proven expertise in working with agile teams and being a great team player.
  3. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
  4. Technical knowledge of responsive design, information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, HTML, search, taxonomy, and metadata.
  5. Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Family, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  6. A problem-solver mentality and a spirit for innovation.
