Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at True Story Public Relations. As a key member of our content marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

About the Role

This is a full-time, fully-remote position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating fun and engaging content on social media, impeccable grammar, and knowledge of AP writing style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content calendars that align with client goals and objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business
  • Sourcemarketing images and create supplemental graphics as needed
  • Edit Reels/TikToks and set up paid campaigns through Meta Business Suite
  • Pull analytics and stats for client reports and provide counsel based on social media data
  • Identify new social platforms for clients and advise on expanding to new platforms
  • Stay connected with current trends and themes to ensure clients are relevant in their industries
  • Email Marketing: Design email newsletters, curate content, link images, write descriptions, deploy emails, and report to clients on open rates, clicks, etc.
  • Develop strategic funnels and review stats to advise clients on optimization
  • Write monthly blogs for clients using keyword content strategy

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing social media for business
  • Agency experience and/or hospitality/travel/tourism industry experience is a plus
  • Passion for creating fun and engaging content on social media
  • Impeccable grammar and knowledge of AP writing style
  • Knowledge and experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
  • Experience in multiple email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, etc.

Benefits

This is a full-time, fully-remote W2 position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
