Role Summary

With ambitious growth plans, we aim to expand our team primarily in Operations, along with other essential functions such as Technology, Finance, People Operations, Business Development, and Compliance.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a vital role in managing recruitment activities and fostering candidate relationships while implementing innovative recruitment strategies to support the scaling of a rapidly growing business with limitless potential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying top talent to making final hiring decisions Research and cultivate diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews Ensure an outstanding candidate experience Manage complex recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates Creatively promote our brand in North America through events, presentations, and social media

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or higher with strong academic performance Experience in full-cycle recruitment (minimum of 1 year) Proficient in proactive sourcing using online job boards or other job seeker databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub) and analytical tools to drive talent pipelines Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment Strong relationship-building skills Excellent communication (both written and verbal), listening, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Capable of meeting goals under pressure and tight deadlines Proven ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and G Suite Fluency in both French and English
