Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Partner Development Specialist to join our Latin America team. As a key member of our SAP partner team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and revenue for our SAP partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage AWS partnerships with SAP SI/GSI partners in Latin America.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic business plans, including enablement, practice development, and marketing, to achieve partner goals.
- Engage with SAP SI/GSI partner field sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue for SAP on AWS opportunities.
- Drive SAP Partner sales revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to manage progress against business plans and core KPIs.
- Evaluate and support SAP partner value propositions internally throughout AWS geos and externally with customers.
- Act as the owner of SAP Partner Operations, including setting up administration and governance within the partner, managing revenue reporting, opportunity registration in the APN, and driving solutions and Amazon Partner Network (APN) Program attainment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Global and Regional Partners.
- Experience recruiting and enabling partners on cloud technologies.
- Accountable for delivering defined goals through partners.
- Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management, and account management teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Expertise in SAP on AWS, cloud architecture, and infrastructure.
- Expertise in SAP RISE Proposal and Sales Cycle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience working with/at SAP and/or enterprise software development industry is highly desired.
- Experience working with SAP partners in LATAM - North region.
