Job Overview
SAJ is seeking an experienced Inverter Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of solar inverters and energy storage systems, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills for training and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support for SAJ inverters and energy storage products
- Deliver technical training to clients' engineering teams on product features, installation, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product support and provide feedback on customer needs for future improvements
- Adapt to short-term business trips for on-site support, customer visits, and training sessions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the solar PV industry (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and customer support
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and technical teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in PV inverter or energy storage system support
- Hands-on experience with PV system installation, commissioning, or maintenance
- Familiarity with SAJ or similar inverter brands
