About the Role
As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, enhancing client communications, and coordinating team efforts. You will serve as the vital link between clients and internal teams, supporting tasks like billing and contract management.
The Framework
- Client Management: Own client communications, manage email chains, set expectations, and kick off new accounts.
- Team Coordination: Structure teams for new accounts (media buyer, strategist, account manager) and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Project Oversight: Track operational timelines and ensure all client projects progress smoothly.
- Bridge Communication: Act as the liaison between the paid media team and leadership, ensuring updates are relayed efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with billing, contract updates, and onboarding processes to support the agency's ongoing growth.
- Operational Streamlining: Identify areas for process improvement and help implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Requirements

- Proven Track Record: Strong experience in account management and client-facing roles.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to keep multiple tasks and timelines on track.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Independence and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Familiarity with Paid Media: Familiarity with paid media and agency operations is a plus.
- Comfort in Remote Work: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Knowledge of Billing Systems: Knowledge of billing systems and contract management is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
