About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Administration Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Pricing Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pricing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage multiple pricing requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain pricing documentation, including SOPs and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to pricing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in pricing administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP and SFDC systems.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a corporate, multicultural environment.
