About the Role

As a Business Control and Pricing Specialist at PayU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines established by major credit card franchises. This role involves handling business cases by considering the associated costs of acquisition, pricing control, and billing, as well as providing quotations based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform cost analysis for the acquisition product for new clients, ensuring accurate pricing and billing.
  2. Validate and update processing costs, franchise fees, and other costs that impact the product, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Oversee billing from each supplier that affects the acquisition product, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Requirements
  1. Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with 2 years of experience in acquisition and financial transactions.
  2. Experience in business case studies, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and data interpretation.
  3. Experience in operational areas within financial institutions, with a focus on financial management and control.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and office tools, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  5. Knowledge of payment systems and financial platforms, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and processing.
  6. Skills in administration, data analysis, data reconciliation, and database management, with experience in Access and other database management systems.
  7. Intermediate knowledge of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Experience with PyG, with a strong understanding of programming principles and data analysis.
  9. Basic understanding of the redemption and settlement process, with a focus on financial management and control.
