Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Somewhere. As a key member of our Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create project-based training courses to teach clients how to design, implement, and maintain solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Customize courses and training materials to address specific client needs and technical requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Project-Based Client Training Programs
  • Create comprehensive training courses to teach clients how to use Power BI, SQL, and Azure.
  • Customize training materials to meet specific client needs and technical requirements.
Establish and Document SOPs and Best Practices
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures based on industry best practices.
  • Document detailed technical workflows, troubleshooting guides, and solution architectures.
Collaborate with the Professional Services Team
  • Partner with our consulting and technical teams to identify documentation and process gaps.
  • Develop process documentation, templates, and checklists to enhance service delivery quality.
Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay current with Power BI, Acterys, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform updates.
  • Foster knowledge sharing within the company by creating and presenting training materials and internal workshops.

Salary and Benefits:

USD $1,500-1,800 per month, commensurate with experience. Other benefits include paid holidays and time off.
