About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Services Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Credit Services Representative, you will play a critical role in analyzing credit information, establishing credit limits, and counseling customers to improve financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze credit information to establish customers' credit limits, ensuring profitable sales while minimizing losses.
  • Counsel and negotiate with customers to improve financial controls, suggest sources of working capital, and set up special credit arrangements and payment schedules.
  • Plan credit restriction and collection tactics for risky, slow pay, and sensitive accounts.
  • Collect outstanding receivables in accordance with terms and conditions of sale.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in Credit and Collections services, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
