Overview:

Embark on a developmental journey where you can apply your academic knowledge across various sectors within the hospitality field.

As a Food & Beverage Intern at Selina, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in various F&B operations such as bar, restaurant, and kitchen management, including inventory oversight, recipe development, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Engaging with guests, processing orders, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Preparing dining areas, serving food and drinks, addressing guest inquiries swiftly, and striving to achieve sales goals while maintaining brand standards.
  • Contributing to departmental goals, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency of workspaces.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program
