Role Overview:
We offer a comprehensive learning and development program where you can apply your academic knowledge and enhance your skills across various sectors of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities as a Hospitality Operations Specialist:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at the Front Desk, Co-Working spaces, and recreational areas.
  • Collect and analyze real-time guest feedback to improve their experience in collaboration with the management team.
  • Work closely with the tours and travel department.
  • Provide sales assistance to the location.
  • Engage with the Selina Surfing Club.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the center.
  • Manage guest communications and resolve any issues.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to oversee inventory and reporting.
  • Learn to manage office supplies and materials through established inventory lists.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of customer service excellence.
  • Support the housekeeping team in daily operations.
  • Foster a community experience in collaboration with the community team.
  • Partner with the Co-Working supervisor to align Selina's values with co-working offerings, messaging, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
