Role Overview:
We offer a comprehensive learning and development program where you can apply your academic knowledge and enhance your skills across various sectors of the hospitality industry.

Your Responsibilities as a Hospitality Operations Specialist:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Front Desk, Cowork, and Recreation areas.
  • Collect real-time feedback from guests to improve their experience in collaboration with the management team.
  • Work closely with the tours and travel team.
  • Provide sales support to the location.
  • Collaborate with the Selina Surfing Club.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the center.
  • Manage guest communications and resolve complaints.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team, overseeing inventories and reports.
  • Learn to manage office supplies and materials through established min and max lists.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Assist the housekeeping department on a daily basis.
  • Foster a community experience in partnership with the community team.
  • Work with the Cowork supervisor to integrate Selina's values into cowork offerings, messaging, and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in tourism or hospitality.
  • Ability to provide a university letter confirming the internship duration.
