About the Role

We are seeking a talented Partner Sales Manager to join our Amazon Web Services team. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from our largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  2. Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  3. Build and deliver our strategy of joint partner and global services offerings.
  4. Identify, negotiate, and execute complex legal agreements.
  5. Drive alignment between AWS Global Services, internal partner teams, account/sales teams, and partners.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
